To switch the contents of two slots ...
Select the first slot and copy its contents to the clipboard with Ctrl+C. Next, select the second slot and paste these contents with Ctrl+V. Then, reselect the first slot and paste again with Ctrl+V. This works because pasting into a non-empty slot replaces the clipboard's contents with what was overwritten.

Most of the lists that are shown in the app, e.g. puzzles, slot options, matching words, etc., can be reordered by clicking on the table headers. Or to modify the sort of your puzzle lists shown in the "Open Puzzle" dialog, click on the Title, Data Modified, or Date Created headers.
To hide a puzzle in your puzzle list ...
From the "Open Puzzle" dialog, right-click on the puzzle and then click "Hide Puzzle." Hidden puzzles are not shown by default, but you can view them by toggling the "Show hidden puzzles" checkbox.
